Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Happy Retriever B.V., we know your dog is eagerly waiting for their order! We strive to process, pack, and dispatch all packages as quickly and safely as possible so your furry friend doesn’t have to wait long.

Please review our shipping policies below so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order with us.

1. Where We Ship: We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Netherlands 🇳🇱

  • Belgium 🇧🇪

  • France 🇫🇷

  • Germany 🇩🇪

If you are located outside these areas and wish to place an order, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you in the future.

2. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping: We want to reward our best customers!

  • Free Shipping: We are thrilled to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders containing 2 or more products. The discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

  • Standard Orders: For orders containing only 1 product, shipping costs are calculated based on your location and will be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Order Processing Time: We work hard to get your order out the door quickly.

  • All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking details.

4. Estimated Delivery Times: Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 1 to 2 business days

  • France & Germany: 2 to 7 business days

Please note: These delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping partners. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur during busy holiday seasons, extreme weather conditions, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. Carriers & Tracking: To ensure reliable delivery, we ship all our packages via PostNL. For international deliveries (France, Germany, and parts of Belgium), PostNL hands the package over to their trusted local partner networks. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey all the way to your doorstep.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have made a mistake, please email us at support@happyretriever.com immediately. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will gladly update the address for you. Once a package is handed over to the carrier, we are unfortunately unable to change the destination.

7. Missing or Lost Packages: If your tracking link shows that your package was delivered, but you cannot find it, please check with your neighbors or your local post office. If it is still missing after 48 hours, contact us at support@happyretriever.com. We will open an investigation with PostNL to help track down your dog’s order.
